Richard “Dick” Allen Harding age 83, of Forestburgh, NY passed away March 2, 2022 in Port Jervis, NY. He was born on May 2, 1938 in Port Jervis, NY, the son of Allen and Mabel Lilley Harding. Richard proudly served our country with the US Army from 1958-1960. He retired as a glazier for Sullivan Glass Co., in Monticello, NY. Richard loved to socialize and made a friend everywhere he went. He was a lover of the outdoors and spent many hours exploring the woods surrounding his beloved cabin. He was always busy working on a project and enjoyed being a handyman. Richard is survived by his four daughters; Renee Morris and her husband Robert of Wurtsboro, Debbie Harding of Georgia, Laurie Madden and her husband Tom of Palm Coast, Florida, Tracey Stagliano and her husband Jim of Walker Valley, his son, Michael Harding of Middletown, his sister, Kathi Seyler and her husband Al of Illinois, his beloved grandchildren; Bob, Danny, Justin, Kevin, Kyle, Matthew, Nicholas, and Jonathan, his great grandchildren; Jackson, Grace, Lyla, Cambrea, Violet, Steve, and Michael, and many nieces and nephews. Richard was pre-deceased by his parents and his sister, Allene Harding. Visitation will be held 11 AM-1 PM, Tuesday, March 8, at the Knight-AuchmoodyFuneral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home. Rev. Amy Garrett will officiate. Interment will take place at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, NY.
