Obituary of Loretta E Branagan

Loretta E. Branagan, age 84 of Warwick, New York passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the Schervier Pavillion in Warwick, NY. She was born on November 5, 1937 in Jersey City, New Jersey, the daughter of William and Alice Stoebling Stiles. Loretta retired as a teller for First Jersey Bank in Jersey City, New Jersey. She married George Branagan who pre-deceased her. Loretta is survived by her three sons; Robert Branagan of Port Jervis, George Branagan of Port Jervis, and Thomas Branagan of Nevada, her daughter Susan Branagan of New Jersey, her beloved six grandchildren; Melissa, Thomas, Ryan, Stephen, George Branagan II, and Matthew Branagan, five great grandchildren, her sister, Dolores Greenwood of Clearwater, Florida and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 9:30 AM-10:30 AM, Wednesday, May 11, at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY. Prayers will be offered 10:15 AM at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 11 AM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Port Jervis, NY. Rev. Matthew Newcomb will be the celebrant.
