Elizabeth M. Willis a lifelong resident of Port Jervis died August 18, 2022 at Sapphire Meadow Hill in Newburgh. She was 88.
The daughter of the late Henry & Viola Ciliberto, she was born January 18, 1934 in Port Jervis, NY. Elizabeth was retired from Tri State Area Day Care Center.
Beloved wife of the late Frank Willis. Elizabeth was blessed with lifelong friends who were with her till the end, Mary Longwell of Port Jervis and her daughter Michelle Phillips also of Port Jervis.
