On October 18th, 2022 Mark Hesleitner passed away suddenly at home at the age of 61. His love for life and fight for life were truly amazing! He received a double-lung transplant from NY Presbyterian in January of this year, and his passing was unexpected.

He was a lover of animals and a staunch supporter of the Humane Society, where he adopted his miniature poodle, Lucky. He was an avid gardener, and a star bowler, throwing two 300 games. He loved golf and fishing and had a fish aquarium for many years. He was very close to his family and church, St. Peter’s Lutheran. He loved music and singing in the school musicals and church choir.
He worked 29 years as an Alarm Technician at PN Alarms in Monticello, NY and is a graduate of BOCES Electrical Trade Program and Port Jervis High School.
