Obituary of Tracy W. Longwell Jr.

Tracy W. Longwell, Jr., of Port Jervis died on December 8, 2022 at home.  He was 64.

Born on May 9, 1958 to Tracy, Sr. and Doris (Suderley) Longwell in Port Jervis, NY.  Tracy was a free-spirit, who loved wearing tie-dye and enjoyed his profession as a carpenter extraordinaire.  He was a kind soul with his own struggles and loved his family more than life itself.  His passing was unexpected and a shock to all, including his beloved brother Kim. 

He is further survived by his daughter, Jennifer Longwell, and his grandson, Jagger Longwell of FL, brothers Kim of Port Jervis and Troy of Fredricksburgh, VA, sisters Kathy Cutright (Rocky) also of VA, Trudy Bender (Craig) of WV, and Deborah St Onge of AZ.  He is also survived by his goddaughter, Michelle Phillips and her family of Port Jervis, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, his very close friend, Tony, his Aunt Mary, and his dear cat, Zika. 

He is predeceased by his parents, step-mother, Ruth, his former wife, Mary, brother-in-law, Larry St Onge, uncles, aunts, and cousins. 

A private cremation will take place at this time, a memorial service will be announced in the spring.
