Obituary of Anne M. Suppa

Anne M. Suppa of Glen Spey died after a valiant fight against cancer finally succumbing to Covid-19 on January 23, 2023.  She was 81.  

The daughter of the late Joseph & Mary Tedesco, she was born May 13, 1941 in Queens, NY.  

Anne retired from the Sullivan Co. Probation Dept, having served as a secretary for over 25 years.  She was the first female in the Town of Lumberland to be appointed Constable.  Anne and her husband Bernie wintered in Florida where she would work her winters at  Disneyworld.  She worked for a period at AC Moore Crafts in Middletown  stemming from her own business in crafts and floral arrangements.  She was a member of Highland Hatters Red Hat Society, Ladies Auxillary Town of Lumberland Fire Dept., The Lions Club, Sullivan County Monticello Birthday Club and St. Anthony of Padua RC Church.  

Beloved wife of Bernard Suppa at home.  Devoted mother of Roman Golembiowsky of Middletown and Christina Weiss of Eldred. Dear grandmother of Krystin Weiss and Bridgette Weiss.  Great grandmother of Kaedyn & Logan.  Stepmother of Mark Suppa and Bernadine Dennis.  Sister of Jimmy & Joseph Tedesco.  Aunt to many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents Anne was predeceased in life by her brother Don Tedesco.  

Visitation Tuesday at the KNIGHT-AUCHMOODY Funeral Home from 2 to 5:00PM.  Last leave Wednesday 9:30AM from the funeral home.  Funeral Mass 11:00AM St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Yulan.  Private cremation to follow.
