Obituary of Cathy Lynn Connor

Cathy Lynn Connor a lifetime resident of Port Jervis died suddenly on April 15, 2023 at home.  She was 62. 

The daughter of the late Robert J. and Betty Decker, she was born on January 10, 1961 in Port Jervis. 

Cathy had worked for many years as a Purchaser for Summit Labs, Huguenot.  Cathy exhibited a resilient sense of determination never allowing her declining health to get in the way of living.  She loved the beach, all things Disney and she loved her family as much as they loved her.  

In addition to her parents Cathy was predeceased in life by her son Kevin Chase Connor.  

Beloved wife of John Connor at home.  Devoted mother of Christopher Connor of Pasadena, MD and Jennifer Connor at home.  Dear sister of Robert J. Decker II, Pamela Faiello and Scott Decker.  Cherished aunt to her nieces and nephews.  

Visitation Friday 4/21 from 4 to 6:30PM at the KNIGHT-AUCHMOODY Funeral Home 154 East Main Street Port Jervis NY 12771.  Prayer Service 6:30PM at the Funeral Home.  Cremation to follow and future inurnment at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush.
