Annabelle Padgett, age 91 of Huguenot, NY passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on August 6, 1930 in Port Jervis, NY, the daughter of LeRoy and Eva DeGraw Boyd. Annabelle retired from housekeeping for the Flo-Jean Restaurant after many years of dedicated service. She also worked as a cook for the K-Mart Restaurant in Port Jervis. She was an faithful member of the Faith Tabernacle International Ministries Church in Port Jervis and was named “Mother of the Church”. She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Maghogomock Hook & Ladder Co. #1, Port Jervis Fire Dept. Annabelle married Dana Padgett who pre-deceased her on June 19, 2011. She is survived by her three sons; Robert Padgett and his wife JoAnn of Port Jervis, Stanley Padgett and his wife Joyce of Montague and Charles Padgett and his companion Carol of upstate NY, her daughter-in-law Faylene Padgett, her beloved eight grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, her very close and dear friends; Billy Aschoff and Michelle Guthridge, several nieces and nephews. Annabelle was pre-deceased by her son, Kenneth “Sparky” Padgett and her sister Nora Mills and her very close friends, John and Dorothy Moncho. Visitation will be held 10AM-11AM Thursday, October 14, 2021 at the Faith Tabernacle International Ministries Church, 20 Franklin St., Port Jervis, NY. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM. Rev. Shirley Geffrand will officiate. Interment will follow at the Hainesville Cemetery, Sandyston Township, New Jersey. Memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Tabernacle International Ministries Church, 20 Franklin St., Port Jervis, NY. Arrangements are by the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E.
