Miss you Dutch. PJLL Phillies, PJPW Giants, Punt, Pass & Kick. You were more than a teammate during our childhood years. You always had that smile that no one could forget. Loved talking with you at all of Lukas's Basketball & Baseball games at DV. God Bless You and RIP my friend.

Billy was on my Little League team, the Phillies. He was a good friend of my younger sister Jane. I worked with his brother John at the Evergreen and as a teenager at Dr Horsman's office with mom Betty. I was an English major in college, and Donna, your obituary tribute is one of the most poignant pieces of prose I have ever had the pleasure to read. I am so happy that Billy had such a positive and profound effect on so many. I have not lived in PJ for 45 years now but it is heartwarming to see that a person from my childhood had such a rich and rewarding life and was such a treasure to so many. All who knew him were obviously blessed by the experience. I offer my condolences for your loss and also my happiness for all that you have gained by sharing Billy's life. Jim Butler

My Brother, "Dutch"
Where to begin. Pop Warner Giants, Little League Phillies, Port Jervis High School, Buffalo Bills, Time-Out, Softball, Marriage, Kids, Grandchildren, and so much more. 60 years of friendship. So much to say. You were my Brother, My Best Friend. We found true friendship, and found out over the years how valuable it was. I am so happy about the times we had and the years we spent together. I will miss you my friend, my Brother. Until we meet again, I love you, Bogie.
I want to thank all the friends who shared his final days with him. You all made him feel so comfortable and he felt the love from all of you. He said several times he felt like the Godfather. Friends and family kept coming by, kissing him and giving gifts of joy to him. That meant a lot to Dutch.
We have wonderful friends who helped him and us through the time of need.
The love for Dutch was amazing. Also, thank you Donna for everything. You were the love of his life. And to all the children and grandchildren, he loves you all so much - family meant everything.
Rest In Peace
My Brother

My condolences for the loss of such a special person. Who didn't know and love Billy, I know of no one. There are a handful of certain people that you're happy you met in life and he is at the top of the list. Keeping you all in my prayers.

Dear Donna and Family, I want to send my deepest condolences. I know how much you Loved Dutch and the heartbreak you are feeling. I am so grateful that I got to spend “ pot luck Thursday’s” with him and our many friends. I will never forget the smile on his face every time I walked up to embrace him and give him his bounty from his favorite store. He was a very unique man and God has a special reason for taking him when he did. I hope you can find solace in knowing that he was brave in his fight and is now free of any pain and suffering. May you rest in peace my dear friend and brother.

Schutzie, I will never forget all of the amazing times we had. Our Sunday drives thru the Poconos, Hawks Nest, up the river, etc. When I was little, you use to come to my parents house and ask if I could come out and play baseball and football with the "Big Boys." My dad loved you and your brothers so much.
RIP, my friend. No more pain. We are blessed beyond words to have an Angel like you, looking down on us and protecting us.
Love you bud!
