My mother-in-law, Ortha Klischer was 'Mom' to me for many years. She was all about God and family and doing the right things at all times. The first day I met my mother-in-law, Mom showed her great talent of cooking and she was a great cook all of her life. Her life was her family and she was all about the 'family'. She was and is a great role-model for a mother and she prayed often for my husband, George and myself.
When Georgie was 12 years old, Mom took him to an Oral Roberts healing ministry in Upper Marlboro, Md. Pastor Roberts called Georgie out of the crowd and prophesied over him that he would be a minister. He laid hands on Georgie and later in life George became a pastor in Upper Marlboro, Md. Mom gave me this gift of raising her son and blessing her family and later in life....she is still a blessing to our families. She lived the Christian life and she was obviously blessed with a long life due to her faith and good works in life. mk
