Obituary of Helen E. Towle

Helen E. Towle, a longtime resident of the area died on February 23, 2024 at Westchester Medical Center with her family by her side.  She was 60. 

The daughter of the late Frances and George Towle, she was born on January 22, 1964 in Port Jervis, NY.

Helen was a Registered Nurse, working at Bon Secours Community Hospital for many years. Her family recalls her more than anything else, as a caregiver, the kindest they knew, and as a very strong person. She will be remembered as having the kindest heart, and she truly cared for all with the many lovingly adorned hats she wore as Mother, Grandmother (Mimi), Sister, Aunt, Nurse, Friend, Colleague, and more. She was fierce, brave, smart, and extremely funny. She always gave all of herself, all that she had and more.

In addition to her parents, Helen was predeceased in life by her siblings Jeff Towle and Mary Towle.

Devoted mother of Frances Montaperto (Anthony), Austen Grace Ingram, and Jesse Ingram. Beloved Grandmother of Oliver, Aurora, Jaxon, Serafina, and Lucy. Dear Sister of Joan Towle, George Towle, and Jennifer Copeland.
