Obituary of Douglas J. Martin

Douglas J. Martin of Godeffroy died peacefully on August 16, 2024 at Bon Secours Community Hospital.  He was 83. 

The son of the late Lewis and Helen Martin, he was born on October 23, 1940 in Camden NJ.  

Douglas worked in his life at H & M Knitting and then later Kolmar Labs as a Compounder, from which he would retire from.  His family recalls his love of Mustangs and model trains that he enjoyed. 

In addition to his parents Douglas was predeceased in life by his wife Deanna M. Martin and brothers Kenneth & Raymond Martin.  

Beloved father of Denise Campbell with her husband Douglas of Matamoras. Cherished grandfather of Gage Campbell of Milford, Alexandra Campbell of Tafton and Cpl. Matthew Campbell of the USMC.  Dear great grandfather of Lucas & Logan Campbell.  

Services are private at this time.  Cremation to be held at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
