Q: What will you never forget about Lynn?
A: I met Lynn when I was not quite 16 years old .
I will never forget Lynn’s sense of humor, her hospitality, at our countless talks around her kitchen table & her amazing creativity.
Lynn had an uncanny knack to continually reinvent herself and her arts/crafts making long before it was the huge cottage industry it is now , long before Etsy ( where she does have a store ). . She shabby chiq’d her kitchen cabinets, furniture, made dolls , home decor , jewelry , painted on many mediums . Lynn was a self taught artist who generously gave of her gifts .
She was my sister in LOVE , I was married to her husband’s brother for a long time, and despite the breakup of that marriage, Lynn and Gary always treated me like family . The love between us never diminished.
She was a force for good, faith and friendship.
I will miss her greatly, my heart breaks especially for Gary , Jeremiah , Jesse & Joey and the grand children.
May mercy and goodness follow all of you as you grieve and mourn , and one day may your mourning turn to joy when you see this our beautiful Lynn again in heaven .
With much love to all of you,
Lisa Holocher-Hackett
