Obituary of Phyllis B Kowinsky

Phyllis B. Kowinsky, age 74 of Port Jervis, NY passed way, December 15, 2021 in Middletown, NY. She was born on January 12, 1947 in Port Jervis, NY, the daughter of the late Ardee and Isabelle Cashdollar Jones. Phyllis was a member of the Tri-State Country Music Assoc., and was the puppeteer for the Access 8, TV Program, “Keeping Country Strong”. She is survived by her sons; Todd Kowinsky and his wife Margaret of Port Jervis, Richard Kowinsky of Colchester, Connecticut, Michael Kowinsky and his wife Liza of Kingsville, Texas, her daughters; Ronda Fuller and her husband Mark of Huguenot, Alexis Wagner and her husband Aaron of Sparrowbush, her brother, Ardee Jones of Middletown, her sister, Debbie Davis and her husband Dwight of Sparrowbush. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren; Maranda, Matthew, Tyler, Brittany, Mark, Jr., Sarah, Joshua, Nathaniel, Isabella ‘Muffin”, Michael, Jr., Aryana and Aidan, her 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Phyllis was pre-deceased by her sister Elizabeth Jones. Visitation will beheld 1PM-2 PM, Monday, December 20, at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY. Funeral services will follow at 2 PM, Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Bon Secours Community Hosp, 160 E.
