Obituary of Chun Yen Lee

Chun Yen Lee, 93, of Orlando, FL and formerly of Annapolis, MD and Port Jervis, NY died July 27 at his home in Orlando.
Dr. Lee practiced as an Internal Medicine Specialist for many years in the area, serving the Port Jervis community from 1972 to 1988. During his time in Port Jervis he also acted as the primary physician for the Erie and Conrail railroad employees. Dr. Lee always felt a strong attachment to the Port Jervis community and he considered it his home.
Dr. Lee was born in mainland China and was moved to Taiwan during the communist revolution as a medical student serving in the Nationalist Army. After the war, he left military service and remained in Taiwan until moving with his family to Canada and then to the United States working in communities in Connecticut and New York State. He retired from the medical staff of Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in Wingdale, NY.
Dr. Lee was predeceased by his loving wife, Yen Ching Lee, who worked along side him in his Port Jervis office for many years. He is survived by his children Dr. William Lee and Dr. Wendy Lee and her husband Dr. Jeffrey McKeeby, Grandchildren Dr. Hanna Hussey (Patrick), Dr. Ilisa Mackoy (Travis), Inga Lee (Alec), Joshua, Ryan, and Jacob McKeeby, and Great Grand-children Archer and Sterling Hussey.
