My deepest condolences for your loss! Bill was a very kind, gentile and solid man. I will always remember the Friday night get togethers at the house. He was a great man of God! He is strong, healthy and singing his heart out in glory now. Much love & prayers. Pslam 34:18

A poem that I penned February 1st, 2020
Eternal Rest
-----------------
Countless times we have our life's plan,
Then things happen that we don't understand.
Surrounded by family and friends one day,
Then without notice we go away.
Leaving all we knew as the best,
As we enter our Eternal Rest.
The lives we've touched,
And those we've held with such care,
We live on in the memories they share.
For this is life, no need for a thesis,
In time God can heal our broken hearts,
If we remember to give Him all the pieces.
There is no rhyme, no quiz, no test,
Just trust that God will hold us tight,
As we enter our Eternal Rest. - Bruce Oriani

Bill was truly a man who loved to serve and do the work of God. His laughter and smile would light up a room. He would give the best hugs and he was always one to be a jokester. I remember sitting at the diner in my 20’s he asked if I wanted to see a trick; so inthralled I agreed. He took his wrapper from his straw crumbled it up and placed it on the table, took the water from his glass with the straw. Place his pointer on the straw and placed a drop on the crumbled straw paper and said look and wait. Wallah as the paper stretched from getting wet (looking like a snake moving). He said man my girls always loved this when they were little. We laughed and interestingly enough I found myself doing the same when I had my kids.
He will never be forgotten and may the Lord give his family strength and comfort during this time of sadness, rejoice and know he will be with the Lord when the trumpets blow.
